Gorgeous studio suite, exceptionally comfortable beds. Early check-in and late check-out, parking on the site. The pool is great and relaxing too. Great location - minutes from boutiques and a supermarket. Set minutes from a main street and a cathedral.
Pretty dirty area.

It's brilliant hotel and big size, with nice staff and brilliant location 2 to 3 minute walk from everything. At the Irish bar they serve delicious food and drinks. We would still consider staying here again, no complaints, thoroughly enjoyed this venue...
Views are not so great.

The room was very large and equipped with a (mini)kitchen and a balcony. The bathroom is also large and clean.
The rooms are incredibly noisy. When people talked in the next room, you heard that - not to mention conversations on the balconies. Our room (like many others) faced the narrow one-way street. There are at least 6-story apartment buildings on both sides of the street, the balconies of which also face the street. So you always have people celebrating and singing on some balcony that you can just hear - even when the windows are closed. Other noises (e.g. cars that rarely pass by) are reflected in the "canyon" and are correspondingly loud. . We were there on Saturdays and the neighbors' celebrations didn't stop until 4:00 in the morning, so we hardly slept. The hotel cannot do anything for that, but there was no way to somehow escape what made it the worst night of the whole vacation.

We had a studio with a balcony and kitchenette. The room was modern, clean and spacious and the hotel was close to the promenade. The bed was big and comfortable, the pillows good. The breakfast was also good, and there was always a friendly staff member within reach who could be contacted in case of any wishes. The chocolate croissants and the puddings were specially delicious. As a welcome drink was served at the bar, which we found a nice gesture. To the old town it is maybe a 10-15 minutes walk. We were lucky and always found a parking place right in front of the hotel. But during the week you have to pay for it.
The balcony door could not be closed properly, but maybe it was because of us. The breakfast room could be more comfortable. The orange juice at breakfast tasted very artificial. A kettle in the room would have been great. The safe was unfortunately not included.

Excellent services from the very useful staff. The location is good as it just takes about 5munites to the beach and around 10munites to the centre by walk. Highly recommended for family travellers who want to find a reasonable price and acceptable furniture for a 3 star hotel in the eu.
Quite disappointed with the breakfast and I think most of Asian travellers like me and my mother would not be happy with a simple and not-hot-soup breakfast at many hotels in the eu.

I liked the staff who were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast time until 11 am is also very civilised i.e. doesn't close too early. I felt secure and would feel safe staying there alone as the foyer is quite small and visitors are noticed coming and going.
Rooms on the street would not be suitable for anyone who likes an early night as there are 3 bars across the street, one of which is a football bar.

Brilliant and amazing location an easy walk to Paseo Maritimo. Fabulous room with a particularly good view and minimalist decor...
Very dated bathroom.

Very good location - clean and quiet room... Good connection for Internet.. The staff were very friendly and helpful... We forgot a jacket and they kept it for us until we come back (we went to cadiz after for a few days)... Overall it is very good value for money I think.
Breakfast was ok but my friends did not like it.. To be honest it is not the best one but personally good value for money... Also you need to pay extra money to use parking and security box..

Why didn't I try this sooner?
After spending three nights, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded my expectations! The spacious studio was immaculate, with daily linen changes and a perfectly working air conditioner. Central location made beach access easy. Friendly staff, especially Estefania at reception. I can't wait to return!

location and price
it's getting tired and in need of refurb. Just a little more at breakfast would be good, but for the price, it's very good

The bed in our studio was comfortable, and we slept so well during our 8 nights. The location is great and super close to town, perfect for our appointment at the police station. I also appreciated the small swimming pool that gets sun for most of the day. The staff were genuinely friendly, made a big difference.

Very kind staff, upgraded our room without us asking for it for the same price, afterwards changed our room for another one immediately when it was found that the air conditioning was not working.
